Western’s Mechanical Engineering team provides comprehensive structural and mechanical engineering services. Our engineering team is responsible for all aspects of design including conformance to standard specifications such ANSI and ASME as well as state and local building codes. In addition, we can design around a specific customer specification or need. Our designs account for all aspects of dead and live loads including seismic. General arrangement, plan and elevation and fabrication details can be provided in either 2D or 3D. Finite Element Modeling is used to analyze the integrity of the design.
On-Site evaluations of existing conditions in in an existing facility are accomplished by the engineering team to ensure the environment matches the intended design. The scope of the customers’ design is also verified so that cost reducing ideas can be suggested. Our engineering group yields designs that are safe, economical and efficient, using the latest technology and project controls.
