Tray Management System

The Tray Management System (TMS) Program was one of the first significant USPS programs for Western. This program evolved into completing numerous TMS modifications at other facilities to accommodate new USPS sorting equipment. Western also installed numerous Bulk Storage Units (BSU’s), a key component in an operating TMS system. This program was very successful and provided Western with a better understanding of USPS facilities, their work rules and the need to support the facility in every way throughout the project with their mission to “process the mail” as the #1 priority!
