Integrated Dispatch & Receipt (ID&R) Program

The ID&R program took two years to implement and required turnkey tray mail systems integration at most of the USPS P&DCs in the network. Project scope included the design, fabrication, installation, controls, start-up, training, and on-going support of a tray mail handling system that was integrated with various pieces of USPS furnished equipment. Western was a prime contractor on the sites indicated below and also provided site installation for all of the ID&R sites awarded to Siemens.
