Equipment Enhancement Program (SOW I & SOW II)

The USPS Equipment Enhancement Program (EEP) focused on upgrading USPS equipment to comply with OSHA safety standards. It included the design, fabrication, and installation of equipment guarding, safety ladders, catwalks, and other personnel life-safety equipment enhancements. Phases I & II (SOW I and SOW II) took 9-years to complete and Western performed work in 50% of the BMC facilities.
